GLAMCON works closely with venue partners to support accessibility needs, including:

Accessible Entrances and Routes

• Wheelchair-accessible entrances

• Accessible pathways throughout the event venue

• Elevator access where applicable

• Accessible seating areas for designated programming

Mobility Assistance

• Compliance with ADA accessibility standards where applicable

• Accommodation for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers, and other mobility devices

• Accessible restrooms available throughout the venue

Service Animals

Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome at GLAMCON in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

Attendees may be asked whether the animal is required because of a disability and what task it has been trained to perform, as permitted by law.

We strive to make our programming accessible to a wide audience and will evaluate requests for accommodations, including:
