GLAMCON REFUND POLICY

​Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of plans

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Illness or medical conditions

• Inclement weather

• Failure to attend the event

• Personal emergencies

• Dissatisfaction with event programming, speakers, guests, exhibitors, or activities

Tickets may not be refunded, exchanged, or transferred unless expressly authorized by GLAMCON in writing.

Talent, Speaker, and Guest Appearances

GLAMCON schedules appearances by influencers, celebrities, speakers, and special guests based on availability. Guests, speakers, talent, panels, programming, and event schedules are subject to change without notice.

The cancellation, substitution, or modification of any advertised guest, speaker, performer, host, panel, or attraction does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Event Modifications

GLAMCON reserves the right to modify event dates, times, schedules, programming, venues, floor plans, activities, and event offerings as necessary.

Such modifications do not entitle attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, or vendors to an immediate refund.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that GLAMCON is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, GLAMCON reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies at its sole discretion, which may include event credits, ticket transfers, or other alternatives. Except where required by applicable law, cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Exhibitor and Vendor Fees

All exhibitor, vendor, and booth payments are non-refundable.

Once payment has been submitted and space has been reserved, no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

• Business circumstances

• Staffing issues

• Travel limitations

• Failure to attend

• Withdrawal from participation

• Event schedule changes

Sponsorship Payments

All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable.

If a sponsor chooses not to participate after executing an agreement or making payment, no refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks

Purchasing a ticket, exhibitor space, sponsorship package, or any event-related product constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases that fall within the terms of this policy. Any chargeback initiated contrary to this policy may result in the cancellation of event access and may be subject to collection efforts where permitted by law.
